• All replacement values should represent “new for old” values. Even though your current furnishings may have come from an op shop and didn’t cost much, they will be replaced with new furnishings of a similar type in the event of a loss so the replacement value needs to be reflected here.

• Your property is close to uncleared bushland/in a high fire or flood danger zone.
• In a remote area or north of the 26th parallel (north of Gympie QLD).
